　　扭剪型电动扳手是用来紧固扭剪型高强度螺栓的，又称为梅花头螺栓。这种螺栓设计为固有的预拉力，以拧断螺栓的梅花头作为紧固螺栓，以达到预紧力的标准。
    扭剪型高强度螺栓的紧固必须分两次进行：**次为初拧，初拧紧固到螺栓标准轴力（即设计预拉力）的50%～80%，初紧的扭矩值不得少于终拧扭矩值的30%；*二次紧固为终拧，终拧时，扭剪型高强度螺栓应将梅花头拧掉，为使螺栓群中所有螺栓均匀受力，初拧、终拧都应按一定顺序进行。
    扭剪型电动扳手广泛用于电力建设、冶金建设、化工建设、桥梁建设、高层建筑等钢结构的安装紧固。
